Are you lying in sorrow—buried under guilt, shame, disbelief, or hopelessness? If so, it’s time to rise.
It’s time to get up from that bed of shame, guilt, and despair. You were never meant to stay there. You were never created to remain stuck, weighed down by the very things that try to define you. God did not intend for you to lie in those conditions, wrapped in the same “grave clothes” you once put on and have continued to wear.
Too often, we find ourselves immobilized—unwilling to move, to fight, or to receive what God is offering: strength, comfort, peace, hope, and love. When we remain in that place, we block ourselves from experiencing the fullness of His presence. But there comes a moment when a decision must be made—a choice to rise.
Rise in faith. Rise in hope. Rise knowing that God is with you and for you. Scripture reminds us that if God is for us, nothing can stand against us.
So ask yourself: Do you know who you are? Do you know who you belong to?
You don’t belong to shame. You don’t belong to guilt or hopelessness. You were not created to remain in darkness, and you don’t have to keep wearing those grave clothes. When you choose to rise in faith and hope, you step into the freedom to leave them behind.
God has called you to more. There is more ahead of you—more purpose, more peace, more life. And my prayer for you is this: that you receive the strength, comfort, and courage to rise.
Rise in faith. Rise in hope. And rise with the assurance that God is with you—He loves you, He cares for you, and He desires the very best for your life.
